08:41 pm - Hmmm... At Mac's for the babysitting gig. Since it was nice today, I sat outside on the deck while Mac was outside to read some more Lovecraft ("The Dunwich Horror," which is another very good one, though not so great if you're staying in a creaky house...) While I was outside, I heard music wafting over the hills and woods. I was a bit surprised to find that the St. Patty's Day celebrations must have started already. I shouldn't wonder, though. I think there's been some kind of party or whatnot every time I've stayed with Mac. Also, Elliot was rather jealous and didn't want to share me. He actually tried to bite Mac. Siamese vs. Airedale. I made the Siamese give it up. Some things are doomed to fail. The work computer is all finished up, and they even donated a free RAM upgrade. That was nice of them. Tomorrow we're headed down to my favorite used bookstore (I guess it's still open; last time I was there was when I was reading Sea Dragon's Heir, which was a couple years ago.) And then back to Mac, of course. I'd type more, but Elliot is sitting on mu left arm now... Current Mood: cold
